How to apply for Income Certificate

For General Public

1. Obtain an application form from Block Development Office, DC Office, Longding, Dist Longding.
2. After filling up the form it is sent to the Administration Officer for further processing.
3. Submit attested copy of ST certificate if tribal.

For Government Employee

1. Obtain an application form from the concerned Head Of The Department.
2. The applicant has to mention the monthly income in the form.
3. After filling up the form it is forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner of the District for further processing.
4. Submit attested copy of ST certificate if tribal.
